Feb 2022- Excellent customer service and brand new, modern facilities. Thanks Debbie Debbie was a huge help in getting us signed up(website hiccups) and then, on the night of the move in, went above and beyond in helping us get familiar and situated. Really appreciated that. Facilities are new, pavement/entrance is smooth and simple for trucks, keypads are easy to read in the dark, and the lights and security are modern. No hassle.

This climate controlled storage unit was downright fancy! I will use this place again without a second thought, and without considering price, its amazing. Ive used storage units on the East and West coast and this location takes the cake. The curator Debbie made me feel safe, informed, appreciated, and was very prompt and professional. The access hours are great and my sensitive art and cloth items were in mint condition when I removed them. 6 stars!

Stopped by the Storehouse earlier this week. So impressed with this complex. Very clean and beautiful. What I loved most of all was the security. Great fencing and gates surrounding your personal effects and monitored 24/7 from multiple cameras outside and inside the storage. What puts the icing on the cake you ask? Well, that would be Debbie. She is the ray of sunshine that runs the office. She is extremely personable and helpful. Customer service deserves a couple of extra stars.
